Most of Stephanie’s advanced training has been in Advanced Myofascial Techniques, as she finds it to be very effective in helping her clients regain optimum functionality. She incorporates deep tissue, trigger point release, and Swedish massage techniques based upon the body’s needs. Her intuitive hands guide her along your lines of tension bringing relief to the whole body. She believes that taking time to listen to your body is very important to your wellbeing, but something often neglected in our busy lifestyles. It brings her great joy to be a part of this healing time with her clients.
Stephanie is a lifelong Alaskan, who is raising her two daughters in Anchorage. They enjoy Alaska’s parks and recreational opportunities and enjoy the variety of our seasons.
