Alpenglow Acupuncture, LLC is a Preferred Provider for Aetna, Federal Blue Cross, Premera Blue Cross, MODA, and VA. We also accept HSA (Health Savings Account). Our office can accommodate Worker’s Compensation, Personal Injury and Motor Vehicle Accidents. Unfortunately Medicare and Medicaid do not cover Acupuncture services.

Please note that our office bills insurance as a courtesy to our patients, however it is the patient’s responsibility to check their coverage and follow-up with their insurance company to ensure payment. All insurance companies work differently. It is essential that you understand what insurance coverage you have and what you need to do to make the most of your coverage. Payment is expected at the time of service.

Be aware that acupuncture, chiropractic, and manual therapy is often different from your medical coverage. Herbs & supplements are typically not covered by commercial insurance plans. Check with your insurance representative if your specific plan does cover herbs & supplements.

Payment for services are due at the time of service; Your co-insurance payment is also due at the time of service. We accept cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express.

Alpenglow Acupuncture aims to provide each patient with the best quality and care in a timely manner. Cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows are an inconvenience for all involved. With enough notice, we are able to provide services to another patient who might be waiting to be seen sooner. Please review our office policies below:

Please be courteous and provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment at this time. Patients who cancel with less than a 24-hour notice may incur a $100 charge.

We aim to have a smooth-running clinic for our patients! Please be on time, if not early, for your appointment. If you might be late, please call us to determine if you will be able to be seen. If you show up too late to be seen, then you may be rescheduled and charged $100.

Missing an appointment without contacting our front desk staff is considered a no-show. In addition to missing out on your time with your provider, you will be responsible for a $100 no-show fee.
