They include licensed acupuncturists, chiropractor, licensed massage therapists and certified rolfers with over 100 years of experience combined. Acupuncturists are required to undergo extensive education in needling, diagnosis and treatment, and detailed study of human anatomy including certification in clean needle technique. Our acupuncturists have passed comprehensive national board examinations administered by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and are licensed by the State of Alaska. As required by law, Acupuncturists use pre-sterilized, disposable, single-use needles to ensure your complete safety.
Rande Lucas has been practicing Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine for almost 20 years, and is a retired Registered Nurse. She specializes in Traditional Japanese Medicine that includes Acupuncture, Kampo Herbal Medicine, Moxibustion and Sotai.
